Donald Wilson Bush is a political strategist, non-profit executive and pioneer in distance education. His career spans 30 years working as a political consultant in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and California. In the last decade, Donald Wilson Bush has focused much of his efforts training international leaders in economic development and the cultural preservation of their country of origin. Donald Wilson Bush is Managing Director of 5CMC Consulting, President of the Woodrow Wilson Legacy Foundation, co-founder and Chairman of the Board of HYECoin, Inc. He is a founding board member of Third Millennium Ministries and currently sits on the board of directors of Praxis Circle. Mr. Bush is a lifelong Scots Presbyterian and he holds degrees from Montreat College, King University and Reformed Theological Seminary. He lives in Los  Angeles, California.

Marcus H. Stern is an Organizational Development expert, major gift fundraiser and futurist focused on transforming lives and communities globally. His paternal great grandfather Isidor Thornshein served as the president of the historic Old Broadway Synagogue, NY in the 1940’s helping lead its revitalization. He is an Americorps Alumni with 24 years of experience consulting over 50 NGO’s spanning 27 countries in higher education, human and health services, religious, public and social services. Marcus is a member of the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) Leadership Network and has launched international projects securing philanthropic capital for initiatives in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Marcus served as Director of Student Life at Southeastern University, helping lead the University Transition Taskforce as one

of the nation's fastest growing private universities. He served as Regional Director of North America for the Jerusalem Institute of Justice securing major gifts. Marcus has co-founded and personally launched several technology solutions including a real estate investment platform, Enterprise Management Solutions, and custom technology platforms providing digital marketing and global content tracking for clients. He currently works with partners using proprietary mobile technology to provide strategic multi-channel marketing and major gift fundraising campaigns. Marcus holds degrees from
